 This coastal cruiser has been fun to sail, comfortable to stay on and easy to manage and maintain. A little sad to sell but now looking for a larger blue water boat.
 
 Some features include: All control lines lead aft to cockpit. Walk-through transom. Raymarine Autopilot. Solar powered vent fan in main cabin. Webasto Diesel Heater. Dinghy Davits. Transom shower. Electric windless. 3 reefs in mainsail. Solar that keeps refrigeration running off-grid at all times. Full cockpit enclosure with isinglass and screens.

 Two cabin layout with a large aft berth and traditional v berth with the filler piece allowing for more sleeping area. Rounded settee with oval table which also drops down to make a very large double berth.
 
 Yanmar 3GM30F with approximately 1200 hours. Actual hours unknown as the hour meter was broken at our purchase. We have tracked hours manually in our maintenance/daily log.
 
 Partially rigged for a spinnaker, bowsprit installed, some lines needed but wouldn't take much. We don't have one for the boat.

 Recent work completed on the boat:
 
 2024-2025:
 
 All standing rigging replaced, including turnbuckles.
 
 New Harken MK2 roller furler installed.
 
 Installed Raymarine Wheel Pilot Autopilot
 
 New SeaFrost refigeration unit with two ice trays installed. Currently on the analog temp control. Digital controller installed on the boat, just needs to be connected (need to order two temp probes).
 
 New PYI dripless shaft seal installed.
 
 New transom shower head/mount purchased, to replace a broken mount, to be installed this spring. 
 
 Replaced the main cabin hatch solar vent with new unit that has a reversible fan.
 
 Engine service, oil change, oil/fuel filter changes, impeller change and belts inspected and tensioned. Spares onboard.
 
 Installed new LED masthead light selectable between all around white anchor light and tricolor night sailing light.
 
 Relocated the stern light to the solar panel mount to be visible even when a dinghy is in the davits.
 
 Changed all navigation lights to LED.
 
 2023-2024:
 
 All hoses for the head replaced.
 
 Toilet manual pump assembly replaced.
 
 Toilet discharge, toilet intake, head sink drain, shower sump discharge through hulls and seacocks replaced with True-Design assemblies. Reinforced hull with G-10 backing plates at the through hull installation sites.
 
 The saltwater rinse pump intake through hull and seacock replaced with a Forespar Marelon assembly.
 
 Large main cabin windows removed, cleaned and rebedded.
 
 Added third reef to the mainsail.
 
 Replaced all lifelines.
 
 Replaced the bilge pump and added an Ultra float switch.
 
 Installed EPIRB
 
 Replaced the remote microphone at the helm for the VHF Radio.
 
 Complete engine service with oil change, new belts, impeller, oil filter, primary and secondary fuel filters. Multiple spares of all filters, belts and impeller stowed onboard.
 
 Sanded and oiled cockpit seat teak and transom teak.
 
 Sanded the bottom, re-barrier coated and bottom painted.
 
 Replaced the propane solenoid valve, regulator and bottle connection. Sealed the propane locker and reconnected the overboard drain line.
 
 Generally: 
 Running rigging has been in the process of progressive replacement. Over the past two years: New topping lift, new spin halyard, new main halyard, new jib/genoa halyard, sheets and reefing lines have been swapped out as needed.
 
 Boat is currently in winter storage in Swansea, MA
