What's a favorite destination and a bucket list destination for you?
One of my all-time favorites was Devil Bay, a fjord on the south coast of Newfoundland. The natural beauty and solitude were unmatched. 1000' cliffs rose on both sides of the anchorage. A creek ran down a valley directly behind. No civilization was in view, even from the tops of the mountains. I loved it there, and stayed for about two weeks, and I caught mackerel right from the deck of my sailboat.
A bucket-list destination is Patagonia. I'd love to sail through the canals of Chile and explore the islands, but I'd need my dream boat and probably another person on board for that!

I lean into small old towns, I admit to being a sucker for cute. (Throw in a French bakery and I'm thrilled). Past favorites, Isle deSaintes Guadaloupe and I once spent 10 days alone anchored in Tobago Cays St Vincent. This was long before the mooring field and National wildlife refuge.

Bucket list.. Dry Tortugas and Saint Piere Miquion. Oh and about 1000 other places. I like this planet and will probably stay here.
